We walk alongside our clients as they move toward their own healing, helping them connect the dots and navigate the challenges along the way with resilience and authenticity.

Who is Thread Counseling?

Thread Counseling was cofounded by two counselors and moms with a like-minded vision of creating a supportive and nurturing environment for all members of the family system. We are experienced counselors who provide services for adults, teens/adolescents and children.

We know that by the time you have navigated to our website, you have had an entire journey. You have debated your next steps. Perhaps you have been considering counseling for some time, or maybe you decided on a whim that you are ready. Regardless of your path to us, we are so glad that you are here.

We do not take our role as therapists lightly. The amount of vulnerability it takes for our clients to welcome us into their world, share their biggest worries and hurts, and allow us into the most painful parts of their lives is tremendous. Sitting across from you in the counseling room is a gift, and we feel so honored to get to do what we do.
